Alexandra Shipp
Alexandra Shipp was best known for her character in the movie 'Storm,' with a mohawk in Twentieth Century Fox X-Men directed by Bryan Singer. Shipp is portrayed as a younger model of Storm (originally portrayed by Halle Berry). Determined to make the mutant her own, she delivers a new twist on the character, in which many news outlets proclaimed that she was the "breakout" lead character in the movie. Shipp played her character "Storm" for the film's sequel, X-Men Dark Phoenix. Shipp along with Nick Robinson co-starred in Fox 2000's Coming-of-Age story Love, Simon., that was based on "Simon Vs the Homo Sapien Agenda", which is a cult Young Adult novel. Spinning Man is based off the George Harrar novel. She starred in Simon Kaijser's psychological thriller Spinning Man. The actress had significant roles next year in A Dog's Way to Home, the action-packed thriller Shaft, and the comedy Jexi.
